She has represented several Fortune 500 companies and iconic brands. Her clients include professional sports teams, sports betting / online gaming providers, leading consumer and personal care brands, producers of outdoor recreation gear and apparel, fashion brands, media and entertainment companies, entertainment properties, cannabis brands, FinTech, InsurTech, and software, SaaS and technology providers.

A dealmaker in sponsorship, endorsement and IP licensing, Airina has guided clients in a range of complex deals, including negotiating marquis placement of brands with sports teams in the NFL, MLB and NBA, leading innovative intrastate cannabis brand licensing deals, negotiating technology, SaaS and joint collaboration and development agreements, and helping clients boost their brands via social media influencer and endorsement collaborations.

When enforcement of her clients’ intellectual property assets becomes necessary, she is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in U.S. federal district and appellate courts, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO.
