Volunteering As A Youth Or Family (Ages 8+)
Volunteering with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) is a great way for kids, families, and teenagers to learn the importance of individual impact and how to care for our shared outdoor spaces in a fun and engaging way.

CAIRN PROGRAM
This award-winning program engages a group of high school students each school year in monthly outdoor stewardship and leadership activities across the Front Range.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
- All youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Single-day projects: Youth ages 16-17 may volunteer without an adult but must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
- Overnight projects: Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
