Gear Swap Details
What Types of Gear?
Everything must be in fair/good condition and clean. We will not accept anything broken or soiled.
We’re accepting:
- Outdoor clothing (jackets, base layers, hats, etc.) – must be cleaned before donating. No socks or undergarments unless unworn and new with tags.
- Footwear (boots, sandals) – Tied together (string, shoelaces, rubber band)
- Camping gear (sleeping bags, sleeping pads, functioning camp kitchen items)
- Backpacks, daypacks
- Gardening tools, workwear, hard hats
- Recreation gear (headlamps, trekking poles, microspikes/yaktraks, snow shoes, running vests)
What we won’t accept:
- large items
- broken items
- dirty clothes
- empty fuel canisters
- water bottles, stoves
- used helmets
- scratched sunglasses or goggles
- bicycles
Suggested $1-$5 donation per item
We will accept digital payment through our donation platform and cash or check
Any items leftover will be added to our Gear Library for use by volunteers or donated.
Patch Station
We will have a Repair Corner with Gear Aid patches and repair tape. Bring your beloved puffy that has one too many holes and give it new life!
