COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS WITH VOC

Complete your community service hours with VOC.

Whether you’re a student in need of community service hours or need to complete court-ordered community service for a non-violent offense, you can earn your hours on a VOC project. Here’s how:

  1. Plan ahead. We can only accommodate volunteers on scheduled projects. Our volunteer project calendar is published each March, with projects taking place April through October – and registrations fill up fast!
  2. Tell us you’re coming. Contact us at 303-715-1010 ext. 111 or outreach@voc.org. We can help you find the project that’s right for you based on your interests and number of hours needed, and make sure the Project Manager is prepared to sign any paperwork day-of.
  3. Bring your paperwork. Your VOC Project Manager will sign off on your hours at the end of the project.

On average, you can expect to earn 8 volunteer hours on a single-day project and 16 volunteer hours on an overnight weekend project.

Please note that youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult on single-day projects (16 & 17-year-olds must have signed adult permission), and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on overnight projects.
