Help us reach our goal of $48,000.
What and when is Colorado Gives Day?
Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide day of giving that has contributed more than $200 million to Colorado nonprofits since 2007. This year, Colorado Gives Day falls on Tuesday, December 5.
Why give on Colorado Gives Day?
When you donate on Colorado Gives Day, your contribution goes further with a $1 Million Incentive Fund and is part a broader movement to increase and celebrate philanthropy throughout Colorado.
Why give to VOC on Colorado Gives Day?
When you give to VOC, your donation directly supports hands-on stewardship of Colorado's outdoor places. Since 1984, we've engaged more than 115,000 volunteers in taking care of our state's public lands and natural resources - contributing more than $23 million in volunteer labor! You can also create your own Fundraising Page to help VOC reach our $48,000 goal on Colorado Gives Day. It’s easy to do, and a great way to encourage friends and family to support the nonprofits you care about. Learn more here.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. All donations made to VOC featured on ColoradoGives.org are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law. After making a donation, you will automatically receive an on-screen acknowledgment letter. A copy of that letter will also be emailed to you by Community First Foundation.
Third-Party Processing Fees
Third-party vendors charge credit card and electronic check processing fees when you make an online donation. Community First Foundation passes 2% percent of these fees to the nonprofits - one of the lowest processing fees in the country.
